Nothing on GEMAFIA is a tip, pick, recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or instruction to wager. Hit rates, matchup grades, probable pitchers, “parlay optimizer” language, gematria on athlete names, head-to-head records, and any sportsbook lines shown are descriptive research and third-party data displays, not advice to bet.

• reliance on hit rates, matchup grades, odds chips, gematria, or any other displayed information;
• any wager, parlay, prop, or gambling decision you make with any third party;
• errors, omissions, delays, or outages in third-party data (including ESPN or sportsbooks);
• any theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If a jurisdiction does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply to the fullest extent that jurisdiction allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Your responsibility · release

You alone decide whether to gamble, where to gamble, and how much (if anything) to risk.
