GEMAFIA — including without limitation the website at www.gemafia.com, the software application (source and compiled/obfuscated forms), user interface, visual design, logos and branding, original documentation, Murdered By Numbers catalog structure and original write-ups, number-association compilations as curated for GEMAFIA, cipher tooling and mappings as implemented in GEMAFIA, sports/date research tools, and related materials — is owned by Matrixcodebreaker88 / GEMAFIA.

2. What is prohibited (non-exhaustive)

Copying or republishing the GEMAFIA application, obfuscated bundles, source, or substantial portions thereof on another domain, hosting account, repository, or offline product
Cloning or “white-labeling” GEMAFIA (same or confusingly similar UI, feature set, databases, or branding under another name)
Scraping or bulk exporting proprietary databases, catalogs, associations, or research text for use in a competing tool or public dump
Removing or altering copyright notices, NOTICE.txt, license banners, watermarks, or attribution
Framing or mirroring the site to pass it off as yours
Selling, sublicensing, or distributing GEMAFIA code or data without written permission from Matrixcodebreaker88

3. What is allowed

Using the live calculator and tools at www.gemafia.com for personal, educational, or research use under the Terms
Linking to GEMAFIA pages with clear attribution
Using the official embed badge as documented
Fair-use quotation of short publicly visible text with credit to www.gemafia.com (jurisdiction-dependent; does not authorize copying the software)
Interoperability analysis only where a statute expressly requires it — not a license to ship a clone

4. Technical protection notice

Production builds are minified and obfuscated; source maps are not published; bundles are stamped with copyright banners; NOTICE.txt ships with the deployment. These measures raise the cost of casual theft. They do not waive copyright. Viewing JavaScript in a browser does not grant ownership or a redistribution license.

5. Enforcement & DMCA
